  • Absolutely not. Your staff operates a clean, hygienic cup-for-cup exchange. A customer hands over a used Ecup, your team places it in the wash, and serves their drink in a fresh, clean cup. Simple.

  • We have full trust in our product but on the off chance a cup is broken, send it back to us and we will send a replacement. Even if broken, our cups never go to landfill, they go back to our Yorkshire factory where they will be melted down and turned into another Ecup. This is our Yorkshire Guarantee!

  • Aye, we are! We are fully vetted and approved as a supplier under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework. If you are purchasing for a public sector body, an NHS trust, local authority, or a higher education institution (including TUCO and CUBO members), your procurement path is already cleared, safe, and completely compliant.
