TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER
   This promotion is offered by Ecups Limited, registered in England and Wales under Company Number: 10964622 with its registered office at Appletree House, The Lane, Gate Helmsley, York YO41 1JT.

2. PROMOTION
   Customers who purchase 2,000 qualifying cups (ecup Slate or ecup Frappé) in a single order will receive:
   -100 free Frappé cups, and
   -100 free matching dome lids free of charge.

3. ELIGIBILITY
   -Open to UK business customers aged 18 or over.
   -Customers must have a valid account with Ecups Limited or provide information required to place an order.
   -Employees of Ecups Limited and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. QUALIFYING PURCHASE
   -The purchase of 2,000 qualifying cups must be made in a single transaction.
   -The promotion applies only to Ecups Slate and Ecups Frappé.
   -Orders cannot be split across multiple transactions to qualify.

5. FREE PRODUCTS
   -Customers will receive 100 free frappé cups and 100 matching dome lids, subject to availability.
   -The free products are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
   -The free products must be accepted as offered.

6. PROMOTION PERIOD
   -The promotion runs from 18th June 2026 - 31st August 2026, inclusive.
   -Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.

7. AVAILABILITY
   -The promotion is subject to stock availability.
   -Ecups Limited reserves the right to substitute the free products with products of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. RESTRICTIONS
   -Limited to one promotional redemption per order.
   -Limited to one promotional redemption per account.
   -Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or coupon unless expressly stated otherwise.
   -Delivery charges, where applicable, remain payable.

9. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
   If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned and no longer meets the 2,000 cup threshold, the customer must:
   -return the free products unused, or
   -reimburse Ecups Limited for their retail value.

10. GENERAL
    -Ecups Limited reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    -Any attempt to abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.
    -These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
